Rob has two decades of experience working at Local Planning Authorities, Town Planning Companies and through his own business.

He has personally overseen thousands of cases from permitted development schemes up to nationally significant projects with an very broad knowledge of all Town Planning matters and how best to apprach them. Rob works closely with a select team to achieve the best results for any budget.

DPAD utilises the skills of consulant architects, designers and engineers to make sure schemes are the best best thay can be.

Working closely with selected companies and consultants to ensure all aspects of heritage assets are reviewed and considered thoroghly.

Various projects call for various engineers to be involved and DPAD has an exellent relationship with choice engineering firms.

All surveying is done by multi-point cloud data through a trusted partener meaning all schemes are accurate within 5mm.

Rob works closely with a Staffordshire based Land Agent who can move mountains to achieve results.
